Se você já usou o programa de contatos, calendário, tarefas a fazer e anotações, que vem com seu PDA então você sabe que eles não são o ideal. Você precisa sair de um programa e ir para o outro, eles não são integrados, e não possuem diversas funções que podem lhe economizar tempo.

De forma simples, o Agendus combina os quatro programas nativos em um aplicativo coeso e com uma interface simples de usar. O Agendus adiciona mais de 100 funções úteis que os programas nativos não possuem, como o histórico dos contatos, fotos, ícones, 16 visões do calendário, templates para tarefas a fazer e reuniões, e ligações entre a agenda e os endereços. Ele possui mais ferramentas, completa integração, e funções que você sempre desejou para os programas nativos. Uma vantagem adicional é ter a versão do programa para o português, o que facilita ainda mais sua utilização.

Contatos:

• A procura rápida busca não apenas pelo primeiro nome, mas pelo último nome e ainda pela empresa;
• Associe os endereços com os compromissos, e faça um histórico dos eventos, permitindo consultar todas as ligações, reuniões e outros compromissos com uma pessoa durante um período. São vários filtros e até mesmo o total do tempo gasto. Útil para diversos profissionais, podendo servir para verificar, por exemplo, as visitas e ligações efetuadas para um cliente, ou consultas efetuadas a um advogado, etc;
• Permite associar fotos aos nomes em sua lista de contatos;
• Tire uma foto e imediatamente associe a uma pessoa. Se necessário você poderá pegar apenas parte da foto para associar à pessoa;
• Aniversários e lembretes para cada aniversário pode ser associado ao nome, evitando que você esqueça do compromisso, ou de comprar o presente;
• Navegue pela lista de contatos e os organize da forma que lhe for mais conveniente, usando categorias, a letra inicial, ou selecione várias configurações;
• Agrupe, organize, e filtre os contatos, com combinações que permitem consultas como as pessoas de uma mesma cidade, CEP, empresa, etc.
• Os nomes podem ser ordenados usando critérios como sobrenome, nome e empresa, ou nome, e sobrenome, como se usa no Brasil, ou ainda por outras opções.

Agenda:

• De forma fácil e rápida associe contatos com um evento da agenda, como reunião, ligação, ou tarefa a fazer. Quando você visualizar o evento você não apenas verá quem está envolvido como também poderá acessar na hora os dados daquela pessoa.
• Apenas comece e preencher o nome que o sistema termina;
• Você possui total flexibilidade na hora de consultar suas informações, podendo ver uma das visualizações diárias, ter suas tarefas e fazer e da agenda na mesma tela, trabalhar com duas semanas lado a lado, para reorganizar seu calendário de forma fácil, etc. Ao todo são 16 formas de visualização da agenda;
• Consultas por dia, semana, mês, ou trimestre;
• Cada opção possui diversas variações fáceis de se acessar;
• Filtre por dia e status e ainda obtenha mais informações ao tocar no evento por tempo;
• A criação de tarefas repetitivas é muito simples ao se utilizar os templates (modelos).
• Selecione um dos modelos e as informações básicas de seu compromisso já estarão preenchidas, economizando seu tempo;
• Utilize regras na criação da agenda;

• Utiliza a base de dados padrão do Palm OS, o que evita duplicidade dos dados, e ainda qualquer problema de compatibilidade com o Palm Desktop. Se integra ainda a diversos programas do Desktop, como o Agendus para Windows que mostra todas as informações do Agendus no PC, ou Microsoft Outlook.
